designed and hand made in new york

limited to one hundred frames. each frame is individually carved, hand-shaped and hand-polished from premium mazzucchelli acetate. frames designed in new york by ceft and company and hand made in new york at selima optiques artisanal atelier. box, case, and chamois all designed by ceft and company new york and and hand assembled. no two cases are alike.

each frame carries the quiet precision of old-world mastery. born from a half a century-old heirloom, it is made to be worn, lived in, and ultimately passed on.

each angle is shaped in homage to hanjani’s grandfather’s original 1950’s hand made frames. the carved facets transform light into a quiet spectacle of shifting reflections, and as light travels across its surface, it reveals a constant interplay of reflection and shadow. a frame that reveals more the longer you look.

a final detail sits inside the frame itself. a discreet inner marking holds the edition number, placed quietly where only the wearer will ever see it.

each frame rests in a hand-finished cardboard box. painted one by one and finished with the signature white dip, a subtle motif seen across ceft and company objects, like the le labo candle, marks each piece with an intentional imperfection. a simple cardboard form, elevated into something quietly collectible.

at the base, function meets discretion. care instructions are concealed within custom graphics, composed by ceft and company. a final gesture, reserved for the attentive.

every frame rests within a soft case, which carries a subtle ceft and company mark. constructed with a single rivet, reducing the object to only what is essential. a piece designed to wear in, not wear out.
